1. Systems Engineering & Feature Implementation

As a C++ Backend Developer, you will own the server-side logic that defines the player experience.

• Feature Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems for a variety of in-game features, including social systems, real-time matchmaking, and complex inventory management.
• Core Gameplay Logic: Collaborate closely with Game Designers to translate creative visions into functional, high-performance server-side implementations. You will ensure that mechanics are not only fun but technically sound and cheat-resistant.
• Tooling & Efficiency: Develop and maintain specialized backend tools and internal dashboards. Your goal is to streamline the development cycle and empower the entire team to iterate with speed and precision.

2. Performance Optimization & Architectural Stability

In a global live-service environment, performance is paramount.

• Production Cycle: Familiarity with the full lifecycle of a game, from early R&D to global launch and long-term live-ops.
