What You’ll Work On
As a Motion Designer at TODS, your role will be diverse and creative. You will:
- Create engaging SaaS product demo videos that simplify technical features.
- Design launch videos, promotional ads, and explainer content.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure brand alignment and narrative clarity.
- Take projects from concept to final animation — storyboarding, designing, animating, editing, and delivering polished videos.
- Respond to feedback and iterate designs to meet client expectations and deadlines.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone with:
- 3+ years of industry experience in motion design.
- Proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro (Blender knowledge is a plus).
- Strong storytelling skills and ability to turn ideas into compelling motion graphics.
- Ability to work independently and deliver projects on time.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients.
- A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, technical expertise, and a strong understanding of motion principles.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar 3D tools.
- Background in creating SaaS explainer or product videos.
- Knowledge of scripting for motion design (Python, Expressions).
- Skills in illustration, graphic design, or branding.
