INFO
This Circuit Hero rig was originally created as part of my senior school project in 2016. At that time, I was still new to character rigging, so I recently revisited the project and rebuilt the entire rig from scratch with a much cleaner and more professional setup.
The character includes light blade elements on both arms, which can be easily turned on or off depending on your shot or animation needs.
The rig also comes with several built-in FX controls that allow you to achieve nice visual results directly inside Maya’s default viewport. You can check the demo video to see how the rig performs in action.
This rig is free to use for non-commercial projects only. If you end up using it in your work, I would love to see the results and how you’ve used the character in your shots.
