🎯 Responsibilities:
- Work with motion capture data to create realistic character animations for gameplay and cinematics
- Clean up, retarget, and refine mocap performances to match the artistic and technical requirements
- Collaborate closely with designers, animators, and technical artists to ensure seamless integration of motion capture assets
- Maintain animation quality while meeting project deadlines
- Provide creative input to enhance character performance and storytelling
✅ Requirements:
- Prior hands-on experience working on AAA game projects is mandatory
- Strong understanding of human motion, weight, and timing
- Expertise in motion capture cleanup and animation workflows (e.g., MotionBuilder, Maya)
- Familiarity with game engines (Unreal/Unity) for testing and integration
- Ability to work collaboratively in a production environment
- For senior role: proven leadership in mentoring juniors and handling complex mocap sequences
