We are currently seeking a high-caliber Graphic Designer to join our international UI/UX Design team.

Core Responsibilities

As a Graphic Designer at Room 8 Studio, you will bridge the gap between pure art and functional user experience. Your work will elevate the visual quality of AAA projects through:

• Visual Asset Creation: Designing a wide array of in-game elements and supporting visual materials, ranging from digital branding and iconography to high-end presentations for stakeholders.

• Strategic Design: Moving beyond simple execution to provide strategic thinking. You will ensure that all branding and digital assets align with the game’s core art direction.

• Stakeholder Management: Actively managing expectations and driving alignment across cross-functional teams (artists, developers, and directors). You must be able to synthesize complex feedback into polished design solutions.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working seamlessly with the UI/UX team to ensure all graphic elements enhance the player’s journey and interface clarity.

• The Portfolio: A diverse, high-quality portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital design, print, and presentation layout.

• Communication: Excellent English (Upper-Intermediate+) is required for daily collaboration within our global studio network.

• Industry Passion: While not mandatory, having a deep passion for gaming or previous experience in the games industry is a major plus.
