We are seeking a Junior Motion Designer / Animator who shares our passion for impactful storytelling and is eager to grow their skills in a collaborative and creative environment.
The Role
This is a part-time role (2–3 days a week) based in our Brookvale office, with potential to grow to a full-time position. You’ll work alongside our creative team to deliver high-quality motion graphics and animations for a variety of projects, from short explainer videos to full campaign content.
This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring motion designer to gain real-world production experience while developing your craft in animation and motion graphics.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the design and delivery of motion graphics and animations across projects, working primarily in After Effects and the Adobe Creative Suite.
Assist senior creatives in animation-heavy projects and collaborate with the film department to produce hybrid content.
Support the animation pipeline from concept to final delivery, ensuring consistency with project style and quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to refine animation workflows and develop creative approaches to storytelling.
Continuously build your animation skills with mentorship and training from senior designers.
Participate actively in brainstorming sessions and creative meetings.
Adapt and respond to project feedback to ensure the highest creative standards.
What We’re Looking For
We want someone who is enthusiastic, driven, and ready to grow. You should have:
A passion for animation and a willingness to learn and evolve your craft — especially character animation.
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and a solid understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite.
A strong eye for design, motion, and detail.
Ability to collaborate across disciplines, supporting different project needs.
Good organisational skills and ability to work within production timelines.
Eagerness to take on feedback and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Location
This position is based in our Brookvale office, Manly, NSW, Australia. It requires part-time onsite attendance (2–3 days per week) with potential for increased hours over time.
