Job Summary

As a Motion Graphic Artist I at Juego Studios, you will be a vital member of our creative department. Your primary objective will be to transform conceptual ideas into dynamic, high-fidelity motion assets that resonate with our global audience. You will be responsible for the full production lifecycle of video content—from assembling raw footage and creating smooth UI transitions to designing complex particle effects and engaging social media snippets.

This role is perfect for an artist who keeps a pulse on global design trends, understands the nuances of pacing and storytelling, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where quality and creativity are at the forefront of every project.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the visual excellence of our projects. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Video Production: Editing and assembling raw footage into polished, compelling video stories that align with our brand identity.
• Motion Design: Creating high-quality GIFs, motion graphics, and fluid UI transitions that enhance user interaction and visual appeal.
• Visual Effects: Designing and implementing particle effects and other visual enhancements to bring character and depth to our digital experiences.
• Multi-Channel Content: Developing engaging content tailored for social media platforms as well as essential in-house digital assets.
• Audio Integration: Seamlessly layering music, dialogue, and sound effects to create a cohesive and professional storytelling experience.
• Team Collaboration: Working daily with our design, content, and development teams to ensure that all motion assets integrate perfectly within our projects and meet the overarching project goals.

Professional Requirements

To succeed as a Motion Graphic Artist I, you should possess a robust portfolio and a strong technical foundation:

• Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in industry-standard software, specifically Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• 3D Proficiency: Working knowledge of 3D plugins for After Effects to enhance your motion design capabilities.
