🌟 About the Role

As a Senior Producer, you’ll take the lead in managing multiple projects, guiding talented teams, and ensuring that every milestone is delivered with excellence. You’ll collaborate closely with leads, clients, and production teams to maintain smooth workflows, clear communication, and creative synergy throughout the game development process.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate agile production rituals: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinements.
• Conduct project onboarding and kick-offs for new initiatives.
• Work with lead producers and clients to communicate project status and updates.
• Oversee multiple simultaneous projects while ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate with department leads to confirm progress and resolve production issues.
• Revise schedules and timelines when challenges arise to keep production on track.
• Estimate manpower, resources, and budget requirements for new and ongoing projects.
• Delegate and track tasks effectively, and unblock team members when needed.
• Suggest training programs to strengthen team skills and capabilities.
• Evaluate team performance and help set career goals for team members.
• Create and manage project tickets and content tracking in JIRA.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation and biweekly production reports.
• Review client contracts, summarize key details, and collaborate with associate producers on agreements.
• Ensure compliance across all project resources and manpower.
• Mentor and coach associate producers and new producers joining the studio.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Deep passion for Free-to-Play games and understanding of mobile game production.
• 3+ years of experience as a Game Producer or Associate Producer in the video game industry.
• Proven success in shipping multiple high-quality titles.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) and Google Workspace.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to motivate, guide, and inspire cross-disciplinary teams (art, design, programming, and audio).
• Demonstrated experience mentoring and coaching team members.

• Have a strong understanding of Agile development and SCRUM methodologies.
• Know how to analyze player data using analytics tools.
• Have created your own games for fun or personal projects.
• Are a console or PC gaming enthusiast.
• Possess working knowledge of Unity.
• Hold a higher educational degree in a related field.
