✨ Key Responsibilities
Game Design & System Development
Create comprehensive game design documentation, including scripts, level layouts, data entries, and balance passes.
Design and implement scalable gameplay systems that enhance engagement, retention, and monetization for mobile players.
Prototype, test, and iterate features to align with the game vision, player expectations, and market trends.
Review design implementation to ensure high-quality execution and adherence to the game’s goals and standards.
Level Design & Gameplay Integration
Develop and refine levels, challenges, and gameplay events that deliver engaging and memorable experiences.
Collaborate with programmers, artists, animators, and other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
Maintain detailed documentation to track design changes, iterations, and decisions throughout production.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
Lead, guide, and mentor junior and mid-level designers, fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.
Facilitate design discussions, share best practices, and advocate for player-focused solutions.
Encourage iterative design, experimentation, and innovative thinking across the team.
Research & Innovation
Analyze mobile game market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging design techniques.
Propose innovative gameplay ideas and systems that push the studio’s mobile projects to new heights.
Keep design documentation up-to-date, ensuring clarity and alignment across all team members.
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in game development, with a focus on mobile titles.
Credited on at least two released mobile games.
Deep understanding of mobile gameplay mechanics, player psychology, and monetization strategies.
Expertise in level design, system design, and gameplay balancing.
Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and collaborative mindset.
Ability to analyze player feedback and metrics to inform design decisions.
Passionate about mobile gaming, creative innovation, and delivering polished player experiences.
