The Role: Breathing Life into Narratives

As a Cinematic Animator at Glow Production, you will be a central pillar of our storytelling process. You will work across various stages of the production pipeline to ensure that our characters move with intent, weight, and personality. This is a role for an animator who enjoys the creative process but also embraces the technical puzzles that come with bringing complex scenes to life.

• Cinematic Performance: You will animate key-frame sequences that drive our narratives. Your work will involve detailed facial animation, complex body mechanics, and a deep understanding of camera movement to ensure every shot is cinematically staged to perfection.

You will be responsible for solving animation-related challenges, from rig constraints and performance optimizations to fixing clipping issues or animation glitches.
