As a Game Director, you will be the strategic architect of our operating strategy. You will lead elite teams of game designers to innovate, optimize, and scale products that reach a third of the world’s population. This is a role for a visionary leader who can balance the creative “soul” of a game with the rigorous, data-driven demands of a multi-billion dollar LiveOps ecosystem.

The Role: Strategic Product Leadership
The Game Director sits at the intersection of game design, data science, and business strategy. You will manage the production and quality of our games across three primary pillars:
1. Flagship Match-3 Evolution (Gardenscapes, Homescapes, Fishdom)
Innovation: Develop new events and features from scratch to maintain undisputed market leadership.
AI/ML Integration: Implement cutting-edge approaches to personalize the gaming experience using Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
Visual & Mechanical Overhaul: Radically improve the quality of the match-3 experience, ensuring visuals and mechanics stay ahead of 2026 market trends.
2. Scaling Township
End-Game Mastery: Invent and implement new mechanics specifically designed for long-term player retention.
Social Systems: Rethink and revolutionize the layer of social interaction between players to foster deep community engagement.
3. New Games & Soft Launch
Metrics Analysis: Take charge of product management during the soft launch stage, analyzing retention, ARPU, and LTV.
Hypothesis Testing: Put forward and validate hypotheses that contribute to significant product improvement before global rollout.
LiveOps Architecture: Build robust LiveOps systems from the ground up for the next generation of Playrix hits.
Requirements: The Expert Profile
We are looking for a leader who has mastered the “Science of Fun.” You should have a proven track record of managing high-revenue products and high-performing teams.
Strategic Expertise: Mastery of LiveOps, monetization, and the formation of both short-term and long-term product goals.
Data Fluency: Deep understanding of market metrics (Retention, ARPU, CPI, etc.). You must be able to build development hypotheses based on complex data sets.
Market Intuition: Extensive knowledge of mobile gaming trends and emerging development approaches.
Leadership Experience: Proven success in managing and developing a large game design team within a high-pressure environment.
Language: Fluency in Russian is required for synchronization with our core expert teams.
Preferred Experience: Direct experience in casual genres such as Match-3, Solitaire, Expedition, or Merge.
