- Team of animators ko lead aur mentor karna

- Animation assignments ko supervise karna aur deadlines meet karna
- Technical aur creative challenges ka solution provide karna
- Junior members ko coach karna aur unke skill growth me assist karna
- Motion capture data, Maya, rigs, pipelines aur workflows me expert guidance provide karna
🎯 Job Requirements
- Previous team lead/mentoring experience
- Maya me proficiency
- Strong understanding of physical motion, weight, balance, texture aur form
- Knowledge of rigs, animation pipelines, and transferring data between tools
- Modeling, rigging aur Mel/Python scripting ka basic knowledge
- Human/animal anatomy aur life drawing skills

- Traditional animation aur art background
- Motion capture experience
