Role Overview
ATLANTIS Animation is looking for an experienced Senior Production Manager to lead and manage animated series and film productions. You’ll oversee the full pipeline, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest creative and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, tracking milestones.
Oversee and control budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
Lead, motivate, and support artistic and technical teams.
Manage resource allocation and provide necessary tools and assets.
Coordinate the complete production pipeline, from pre-production to delivery.
Collaborate closely with department heads for seamless teamwork.
Identify and resolve production challenges quickly.
Serve as the main contact for internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
Maintain artistic and technical standards across all departments.
Provide reports and updates to senior management.
Continuously refine workflows and implement best practices in production management.
Profile Requirements
✔ 5+ years’ experience in production management (animation/film preferred)
✔ In-depth knowledge of 3D animation workflows and pipelines
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
✔ Budgeting and financial tracking expertise
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines
✔ Proficiency with project management tools (Shotgun preferred)
✔ Fluent in English (written & spoken)
Preferred
✨ Background in 3D animation for TV, film, or digital content
✨ Experience working with international teams
