Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Performance & Realism: Creating high-quality, photorealistic character and creature animation that blends seamlessly into live-action plates for film and television. Shot Ownership: Taking shots completely from initial layout/blocking through to final asset polish, ensuring timing, weight, and composition meet director standards. Cross-Department Collaboration: Working actively alongside the FX, Rigging, Layout, and Lighting departments via remote communication channels to ensure clean asset integration. Motion Capture Polish: Processing, editing, and refining raw motion capture data within Autodesk Maya to elevate and enhance stylized or realistic character performances. Pipeline & Production Timelines: Delivering complex work strictly on time while operating efficiently within an established, cloud-based studio pipeline. Virtual Dailies & Feedback Iteration: Participating in online studio review sessions, processing constructive feedback from supervisors, and implementing shot revisions rapidly.   Required Qualifications We are looking for a self-motivated artist who excels at independent time management in a home work environment and combines a deep understanding of physical mechanics with a proactive attitude. Experience & Artistry Industry Track Record: Proven professional experience working as a 3D Animator within a dedicated film and/or television VFX pipeline is strictly required.
