📍 Zeno Group | USA | 💰 $85,000 – $115,000 About the Role Zeno Group is looking for a Senior Motion Graphics Designer/Animator to join our Creative Studio team. In this role, you’ll bring campaigns to life for a diverse portfolio of global corporate and consumer brands. From storyboarding to final delivery, you’ll craft compelling motion graphics that captivate audiences across digital and social platforms. What You’ll Do Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce polished motion graphics for digital and social campaigns. Edit and refine video content from rough cuts to final delivery. Create reusable animation templates and toolkits to improve efficiency. Collaborate with producers, designers, art directors, project managers, and copywriters. Ensure all deliverables meet brand and technical standards, optimized for each platform. Provide light audio editing and cleanup as needed. Responsibilities Work calmly under tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects. Contribute ideas — even bold or unconventional ones — in brainstorming sessions. Design across multiple channels: web, social, print, packaging, and digital media. Translate client objectives into creative visual solutions. Partner with strategy, research, tech, and data teams to deliver integrated campaigns. What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of motion design or related experience. Strong portfolio showcasing digital/motion work. Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Knowledge of 3D tools like Blender or Cinema 4D a plus. Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Runway.ai) a big advantage. Strong understanding of social media formats and best practices. Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills. Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field preferred (or equivalent portfolio/experience). 💰 Salary Range: $85,000 – $115,000 (based on experience and skills)
