Your role is comprehensive, spanning the full lifecycle of game art development. You will translate conceptual ideas into vibrant character designs, detailed environment backdrops, polished logos, and intuitive UI elements. This role requires an artist who is not only technically proficient but also highly adaptable, capable of adhering to specific brand guidelines while injecting a unique creative spark into every asset. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of game designers, developers, and animators to ensure that every visual piece is technically optimized for multiple platforms while maintaining the high-fidelity aesthetic our players expect. Key Responsibilities Your contributions will directly influence the success of our high-profile titles. You will be responsible for: Asset Creation: Developing high-quality 2D artwork, including stylized character designs, atmospheric environments, and detailed assets for slot and casino games. End-to-End Production: Managing the creative workflow from preliminary sketches and storyboarding to the delivery of final, polished, and engine-ready assets. Branding & Style: Ensuring consistency across all assets by strictly adhering to established project art styles and brand guidelines, while proactively contributing ideas that elevate the visual quality. Technical Optimization: Preparing and optimizing assets for performance across diverse hardware and screen resolutions without compromising on aesthetic integrity. Collaborative Design: Partnering with developers and animators to troubleshoot technical integration issues and ensuring that artwork is fully functional within the game engine.   Professional Requirements To succeed in this mid-to-senior level role, we are looking for a professional who brings both artistic excellence and technical reliability to the table: Professional Experience: Proven experience in 2D game art, with at least one published title in your portfolio preferred. Artistic Mastery: Exceptional skills in composition, color theory, lighting, and visual storytelling. Software Proficiency: Advanced command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Adaptability: A demonstrated ability to pivot between different art styles and quickly learn new pipelines.
