Role Summary We are seeking a 3D Animator with a strong understanding of animation principles and a flair for stylized character and VFX animation. You will be hands-on throughout the game development cycle—from pre-production to final polish—bringing characters, assets, and effects to life. This role blends artistic creativity and technical expertise, ensuring visually engaging gameplay and marketing content. Key Responsibilities Create high-quality, stylized 3D character animations for games. Rig and weight paint 3D characters for animation. Animate motion graphics and real-time popups in 3D space for Unity3D. Develop dynamic transitions, VFX, and particle systems in Unity (Shuriken). Contribute character/asset animations for marketing campaigns and sizzle reels. Collaborate with artists and programmers to deliver polished, optimized content. Embody Valicy’s Mission, Vision, and Values in all work. Required Qualifications Strong portfolio/demo reel showcasing stylized 3D animation and principles. Bachelor’s degree in Art/Animation or equivalent professional experience. 1–2 years of experience in animation or related field. Experience developing motion graphics for games, film, or media. Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with Unity3D (asset import, animation editor, particle systems). Proficiency with Photoshop and After Effects. Experience in mobile or casino gaming.
