📍 Location: Mumbai | 🖥️ Technology – IT | 🎓 Internship | On-site We’re seeking a proactive and tech-savvy IT Intern to join our IT Support & Operations team. This role offers hands-on experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux systems, exposure to ITIL practices, and the opportunity to contribute to the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Linux systems. Monitor and resolve application performance and availability issues. Perform basic network monitoring and troubleshooting. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for issue resolution. Support routine system maintenance and performance optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve IT-related challenges. Manage IT inventory, including asset tracking and tagging. Document incidents, changes, and resolutions in line with ITIL standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols. Exposure to operating systems: Windows, macOS, and Linux. Good communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
