The Role:As a Senior Tax Analyst, you will report to the Director of Global Tax and play a crucial role in supporting the company’s global tax accounting and compliance function 📊. You will prepare tax calculations, reconciliations, and reports, working closely with cross-functional teams and external advisors to ensure compliance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 📑 Prepare data collection requests and templates for global income tax accounting, compliance, and transfer pricing documentation. 📌 Analyze tax adjustments for tested income (GILTI) calculations by foreign entities. 💼 Prepare calculations and workpapers for Forms 5471 & 8858, including E&P, GILTI, tax pools, and reconciliations. 🌐 Prepare foreign tax credit calculations and analysis of baskets, expenses, and taxes paid. 🛠 Support calculations for FDII benefits and BEAT. 📊 Calculate & book monthly and quarterly tax entries. 🔍 Review transfer pricing workflows for foreign subsidiaries. 📂 Prepare compliance packages for U.K. & Canadian income tax filings. 💡 Assist in validating deferred tax balances and tax planning projects. 📅 Maintain and update the worldwide tax calendar. 📝 Support audits, investigations, and integration of acquisitions/transactions.
