This is not a “coffee-running” internship. From Day One, you will be treated as a core member of the creative team, trusted with real responsibilities and critical project deliverables. Key Responsibilities: Narrative Animation: Bring characters and worlds to life for our flagship YouTube short films and high-concept music videos. Original IP Development: Play a pivotal role in animating our highly anticipated new animated TV series, built entirely on our own intellectual property and hosted on YouTube. Cross-Media Collaboration: Flex your creative muscles across our broader entertainment ecosystem, helping out with indie game assets, interactive escape room elements, and secondary YouTube channels. Get in Front of the Camera (Optional): We love showcasing the minds behind the magic. If you’ve got a bold personality and want to star in our live-action or behind-the-scenes YouTube videos, the spotlight is yours—absolutely zero acting experience required! What We Are Looking For: The Ideal Profile We aren’t looking for checkboxes on a resume; we are looking for raw talent, a relentless work ethic, and a passion for self-improvement. You are someone who lives and breathes animation, constantly analyzing movement, timing, and cinematic composition. The Requirements: Educational Track: You must be currently pursuing a degree in Game Art, 3D Animation, Digital Media, or a strictly related field. Technical Core: Strong foundational skills in keyframe animation, character performance, posing, and layout. The Engine Advantage: Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine 5 (UE5) is a massive plus. If you understand real-time rendering pipelines, sequencer, and blueprint integration, you will hit the ground running. The Skunx Mindset: We do not hold hands.
