This role is instrumental in conceptualizing and executing a diverse range of visual assets across digital and print platforms—including commercial property brochures, high-stakes investor presentations, and large-scale environmental signage. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who can translate complex real estate data into compelling, brand-consistent design. Core Responsibilities Multi-Channel Design: Conceptualize and produce high-quality marketing collateral, including property brochures, offering memorandums, and investor pitch decks. Digital Strategy: Develop engaging digital advertisements, email marketing templates, and social media content tailored for various audience segments. Environmental & Signage: Design event signage, wayfinding systems, and large-format graphics for commercial assets. Brand Stewardship: Maintain and evolve the Primaris brand identity, ensuring all internal and external assets (logos, icons, and visual guidelines) adhere to premium standards. Corporate Support: Create professional internal templates in MS Word and PowerPoint; optimize property photography for digital and CRM integration. Production Management: Liaise with third-party vendors (printers and fabricators) to ensure technical accuracy, quality control, and timely delivery. Asset Organization: Manage the studio’s digital asset library to ensure structured, searchable access for cross-functional teams. Professional Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related discipline. Experience: 3–5+ years of professional design experience, ideally within the Real Estate, Retail, or Agency sectors. Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat). Software Versatility: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Publisher) and Canva. Bonus Assets: Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email templates and CMS platforms (WordPress). Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating clean, professional aesthetics and a strong grasp of typography and layout.
