You should be as comfortable in a production meeting as you are sitting with an artist to fix a stubborn lighting pass. Requirements: Leadership Experience: A minimum of 4+ years as a Lighting Supervisor (or equivalent role) in the VFX film industry, with proven experience managing large teams (10+ members). Technical Mastery: Extensive expertise in Maya and Nuke, with a deep understanding of complex 3D lighting scenes, including AOV layer management and multi-pass rendering. Aesthetic Expertise: Strong command of color theory, composition, and the principles of photorealism. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills.
