Identify, document, and track glitches, bugs, and usability issues. Execute and maintain pre-written test cases. Recommend improvements, additions, or modifications to games. Prepare test plans, test cases, and detailed reports. Act as a technical lead on projects and mentor junior testers. Support test environment setup and maintenance. Serve as a main client contact for prioritizing testing needs. Contribute to process documentation and create user/system manuals. Provide performance feedback and support team growth. ✅ What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of game testing experience. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and the software development cycle. Skilled in writing clear bug reports and executing test cases. Experience with tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Confluence or equivalents. Familiarity with Visual Studio or similar build tools.
