Key Responsibilities Motion Leadership: Act as a senior creative voice, pushing the boundaries of visual standards and evolving the team’s motion capabilities across social, digital OOH, and immersive spaces. End-to-End Production: Create stunning motion graphics, edit video footage, and integrate complex visual effects (VFX) to enhance brand storytelling. Technical Mastery: * Expert Level: Adobe After Effects (compositing), Premiere Pro (editing), Photoshop, and Illustrator. Preferred: 3D proficiency in Cinema 4D is highly desirable. Design Sensibility: Exceptional typographic knowledge and a meticulous eye for detail. Efficiency: Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-pressure, deadline-driven “always-on” environment.
