Heidi Health is seeking a talented Midweight Motion Graphics Artist to join our rapidly expanding creative team. This is a pivotal role within our London marketing hub, designed for a visual storyteller who wants to shape the aesthetic of the next era of healthcare. At Heidi Health, we aren’t just building software; we are building an AI Care Partner. In just 18 months, our platform has supported over 73 million patient visits and returned 18 million hours to clinicians across 116 countries. As we expand across the UK, USA, and Europe, we need a Motion Graphics Artist who can translate complex technical capabilities into clear, emotionally resonant, and brand-consistent visual content. Who is Heidi? Founded by clinicians, Heidi is a mission-driven organization dedicated to doubling healthcare’s capacity. We believe that technology should strengthen, not replace, the human connection at the heart of medicine. Backed by nearly $100 million in funding, we partner with world-renowned health systems, including the NHS and Beth Israel Lahey Health. When you explore London Jobs, you will find many tech startups, but few offer the scale of impact Heidi provides. Our team is a diverse collective of engineers, designers, scientists, and creatives working together to ensure that no clinician ever has to choose between administrative accuracy and patient empathy. The Role: Midweight Motion Graphics Artist This position is perfect for a creative professional seeking London Jobs that offer high levels of ownership and brand-shaping opportunities. You will join our video and brand team to provide “extra hands and fresh thinking” as we refine our visual language. You won’t just be executing tasks; you will be an architect of motion. You will help define how Heidi “moves”—from the way a transition feels in a brand film to the pacing of a product demo on social media. Core Responsibilities Content Creation: Produce high-quality motion graphics and animated assets for brand campaigns, product launches, and multi-platform social content. Brand Systems: Explore and define motion principles (visual behaviors, transitions, and easing) that will be integrated into our global brand guidelines. Guideline Development: Support the evolution of our visual identity by testing typography in motion, color theory application, and tonal pacing. Collaboration: Partner with video editors to enhance live-action films with graphic overlays, titles, and sophisticated motion systems. Platform Optimization: Tailor content for a variety of aspect ratios and formats, ensuring Heidi looks premium on everything from a desktop product tour to a mobile social feed. Asset Management: Maintain a rigorous organization of templates and shared project files to ensure the marketing team remains agile and efficient. Global Localization: Support the adaptation of motion assets for different markets and languages, reflecting our presence in over 110 languages. Pre-Production: Assist in early-stage conceptualization through the creation of style frames, mood boards, and visual references. Candidate Requirements: What We Look For Heidi Health are looking for a candidate who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and possesses a “human-centered” approach to design. Technical Proficiency Adobe Creative Suite: Expert-level skills in After Effects and a strong working knowledge of Premiere Pro. 3D Foundations: Basic knowledge of 3D software (C4D or Blender) to add depth to motion assets. Design Tools: Familiarity with Figma and Canva to adapt layouts and work within modern design systems. Animation Principles: A deep understanding of weight, timing, and rhythm to create animations that feel natural and intuitive. Experience & Background Proven Track Record: Solid experience as a Motion Artist, preferably within a brand-led agency or a high-growth tech product team. Visual Instincts: An ability to balance clarity (for product education) with emotional tone (for brand storytelling). Communication: Clear communication skills are essential for this hybrid role, ensuring alignment across the London office and remote team members. “Nice to Have” Qualities Previous experience in healthcare or human-centered tech. A background in traditional illustration or graphic design. Experience contributing to the creation of comprehensive brand guidelines. The “Heidi” Way: Our Culture & Values For those seeking London Jobs, culture is often the deciding factor. At Heidi, our culture is defined by four core pillars: Live Forever: We build for the long term. Every release is measured, safe, and built to last. Practice Ownership: Logic and proof drive our decisions, not hierarchy. We expect every team member to take full responsibility for their output. Small Cuts Heal Faster: We prioritize speed and learning. We move fast, learn from mistakes, and iterate without breaking the trust clinicians place in us. Make Others Better: Direct feedback and constant kindness. We believe excellence is a rising tide that lifts all boats.
