We’re looking for a talented Animator to join our team and bring our next game to life with expressive, high-quality animation. Your Responsibilities As an Animator at Hazelight, you will: Create polished animations using motion capture data and hand-keyed techniques for gameplay and cutscenes. Collaborate with multiple departments to own animation systems and cutscene elements. Implement animations into Unreal Engine 5 to deliver seamless, immersive experiences. Experience & Skills We Value Proficiency in 3D animation software (expertise in MotionBuilder preferred). Solid understanding of animation implementation in game engines, including animation state machines. Strong grasp of animation principles and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Passion for video games and commitment to elevating animation quality. Bonus Skills Hands-on motion capture experience. Familiarity with Unreal Engine and scripting. 2+ years of professional experience in animation for games.
