Full job description Knowea Formation Limited is seeking a talented Motion & Graphics Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in both motion design and video editing, bringing creative ideas to life through visually compelling content. You will work closely with our marketing, content, and production teams to create engaging graphics and motion visuals for various platforms. Key Responsibilities: Motion Design: Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital media, advertisements, and social media content. Design dynamic motion sequences and video assets that align with brand guidelines. Develop storyboards, concepts, and animations that enhance storytelling and viewer engagement. Work with 2D and 3D animation tools to produce visually appealing motion graphics. Video Editing: Edit raw video footage into polished content with smooth transitions, sound effects, and special effects. Optimize videos for different platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and websites. Ensure high-quality visual output by color grading, sound editing, and post-production enhancements. Manage project timelines and deliver final content that meets deadlines. Graphic Design: Design graphics for promotional materials, social media, advertisements, and presentations. Collaborate with the team to develop creative assets that effectively communicate our brand’s message. Adapt design assets for different mediums, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across all channels. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative designs. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the table. Receive feedback constructively and make revisions as needed to meet creative goals. — Requirements: Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer and Video Editor. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other related tools. Strong knowledge of video editing techniques, motion graphics principles, and animation workflows. Ability to conceptualize creative ideas and turn them into visual content. Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and video editing skills is required.
