Hiring Senior 3D Motion Designer
Senior Motion Designer – London (Hybrid) We’re looking for a talented Senior Motion Designer to join our London team. You’ll be working with high-profile clients such as IBM, Ralph Lauren, Diageo, and Mondelēz, pushing creative boundaries and shaping the future of our studio’s design output. As a Senior Designer at Found, you’ll collaborate with Creative Leads and our wider design team to deliver outstanding projects across multiple sectors and disciplines. You’ll play a key role in mentoring, supporting, and inspiring other designers while driving forward technical excellence and creative innovation. What You’ll Do Lead design projects for top-tier clients and agencies. Create world-class work across a variety of industries. Mentor and support junior designers, sharing knowledge and nurturing talent. Bring energy, creativity, and problem-solving skills to every project. Explore new techniques, contribute to R&D, and push creative boundaries within client needs. Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and high-quality standards across all outputs. What We’re Looking For Strong portfolio showcasing design excellence and creative thinking. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Hands-on, process-driven approach with the ability to take ownership. Expertise in Cinema4D, Redshift, Octane, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Workspace. Bonus: experience with Houdini and Unreal Engine. Passion for collaboration, innovation, and pushing creative boundaries.
