We’re seeking a Head of Short Form to lead creative strategy, audience growth, and branded content for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Reels. You’ll shape editorial vision, manage a team of producers/editors, and drive impact across multiple creator brands. Key Responsibilities Lead creative and growth strategy for branded short form video. Develop audience growth strategies across Shorts, TikTok & Reels. Oversee workflow, campaign execution, and branded briefs. Collaborate with creators, sales, and brand partnerships teams. Audit and optimize non-branded short form output. Provide feedback, analyze data, and refine content performance. Use AI tools to enhance workflow and ideation. Stay on top of trends, bringing fresh insights to the team. Requirements Proven success building audiences via TikTok, Reels, or Shorts. Strong communication & project management skills. Knowledge of editing workflows, aesthetics & creative feedback. Data-driven mindset with attention to detail. Familiarity with AI tools to enhance short form production.
