The ideal candidate is a versatile keyframe artisan who possesses deep foundational mastery over both complex body mechanics and subtle, dialogue-driven facial acting. Since we create content for global distribution, an explicit command of English lip-sync mechanics is central to this assignment. Working alongside an Emmy- and Goya-winning creative team, you will adapt dynamically to our distinct project styles and maintain structural momentum across a fast-paced pre-production and production framework. High-Quality Keyframe Character Production Performance Authoring: Generate elite-tier 3D character animations inside Autodesk Maya, crafting fluid body mechanics, distinct character silhouettes, and naturalistic posing. Advanced Lip-Sync & Expression: Execute high-fidelity facial animation workflows, implementing precise micro-expressions and accurate, natural English-language lip-syncing matching our project’s vocal tracks. Reference Gathering: Film, track, and utilize high-quality personal video references to capture idiosyncratic movements and anatomical weight distribution for character performances. 2. Creative Alignment & Production Delivery Direction Interpretation: Actively process and execute precise creative feedback, aesthetic adjustments, and structural direction delivered by the Animation Supervisor or Animation Director. Milestone Discipline: Manage your individual shot list independently, organizing files carefully to meet rigorous deadlines and weekly shot quotas established by the production management team. Collaborative Dialogue: Actively engage in team synchs and departmental reviews, providing constructive puzzle-solving insights to keep the overall layout pipeline optimized. Requirements & Qualifications We are seeking an adaptable, solution-oriented animator with strong cinematic foundations: Core Craft Profile Industry Footprint: Minimum of 3+ years of professional production experience working as a 3D animator across premium feature films, animated television series, high-fidelity shorts, or AAA gaming cutscenes. Software Command: Thorough, production-ready workspace mastery of Autodesk Maya. Traditional Foundations: A profound grasp of the 12 core principles of animation, showcasing a reliable eye for timing, staging, visual arc, and physical contrast. Fast-Paced Agility: Proven capability to adapt quickly to evolving stylistic briefs and excel inside high-velocity studio environment timelines.
