Role Overview As a 3D Generalist at Digital Turbo Media, you will be a key contributor to our creative projects, handling everything from modeling and texturing to lighting, shading, and rendering. This role requires a “jack-of-all-trades” approach; you will be comfortable jumping between different stages of the 3D pipeline to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard. We are specifically looking for someone with hands-on experience in Blender, a tool that has become an industry powerhouse for its versatility and speed. You will work closely with our dynamic team to conceptualize, develop, and finalize visuals for a variety of media. Texturing and Shading: Develop detailed, realistic textures and shaders that bring life and depth to 3D objects. Lighting and Rendering: Set up professional-grade lighting and render scenes that meet the aesthetic requirements of each project. Generalist Tasks: Assist in various stages of production, such as rigging, basic animation, and compositing, as project needs arise. Creative Collaboration: Participate in brainstorm sessions, contribute to the artistic direction of projects, and work closely with team members to ensure a cohesive visual style. Pipeline Maintenance: Keep files organized, adhere to studio naming conventions, and stay updated with the latest Blender features and industry techniques.
