We’re looking for an experienced PC Board Designer to evaluate and implement PCB design processes, conduct feasibility studies, and ensure designs meet high standards for packaging, cost, performance, and manufacturability. 📍 San Francisco Bay Area, California, United States💼 Full-Time | 40 hours/week What You’ll Do:✨ Study PCB design trends and implement processes aligned with Apple’s core technologies✨ Assist and train PCB Designers in solving complex design challenges✨ Collaborate with Engineering, Product Design, Test, EMC, and Manufacturing teams✨ Resolve PCB design issues with fabrication and manufacturing vendors✨ Participate in defining Apple’s Design for Manufacturing (DFM) guidelines Minimum Qualifications:✅ 5+ years of experience designing flex and rigid boards✅ Proficiency in PCB software tools (Allegro, Altium, Mentor Graphics, etc.)✅ Solid understanding of board design constraints and basic EE fundamentals Preferred Qualifications:🎯 PCB certification🎯 Experience designing high-volume circuit boards🎯 Experience with Allegro tools and working with fabrication houses Pay & Benefits:💰 Base pay: $141,800 – $258,600 (depending on skills, experience, and location)📈 Discretionary bonuses, stock programs, and purchase plans🏥 Comprehensive medical, dental, and retirement benefits🎓 Educational reimbursement and career development support Apple is committed to creating an inclusive, diverse, and inspiring workplace where employees can grow and thrive.
